Typically, you will need to submit official academic transcripts, diplomas, certificates, and any other relevant documents from the educational institutions you attended.

We only require scanned copies. You can upload them through our online form or email them to info@immivox.com

A general evaluation provides an overall assessment of your foreign credentials, indicating their U.S. equivalency in a general manner. On the other hand, a course-by-course evaluation provides a detailed breakdown of each course you completed, including its U.S. equivalency, credits, grades and GPA.

While our academic evaluation reports are widely accepted by U.S. colleges, universities, employers, and immigration authorities, it's essential to verify the specific requirements of the institution or organization you're applying to or working with. There is always a possibility that your institution might have a preferred vendor.

The validity period of a credential evaluation report can vary depending on the institution or organization's policies. Some may require recent evaluations, while others may accept evaluations completed within a certain timeframe, such as one or two years.

We offer an appeal process where you can provide additional documentation or clarification to support your case if you believe there was an error or misunderstanding in the evaluation. However, the final call will be ours.
